Dear Colleagues,As the Symposium will start in few weeks we would like to give you few useful details that may help you when you reach Poznań.
Within attachments you find a map of Poznań downtown. Arrows point towards the most important places you should know about, like the Poznań Archaeological Museum building, hotel “Novotel” where most of participants will stay and Poznań Main Train Station.
The second document is a preliminary program of the Symposium. It may change a bit since we are still waiting for few papers. If necessary the program will be updated on our website. The third file contains basic information on transportation system in Poznań, Poznań Airport, trains, taxies, tourist information etc.
As far as the conference papers it concern you will have at your disposal computers with a Microsoft Office PowerPoint, video projectors and slide and overhead projectors as well. Let us know in advance if you need something more for your presentations.
There is a change in purpose of our excursion. We finally decided to visit on Wednesday afternoon the famous fortified village of the Bronze Age at Biskupin.
The Symposium Office will be open since Monday 8.00 a.m. and will work continuously until late Thursday. Registration of participants will also start on Monday at 8.00 a.m.
